Current Opportunities

Production Engineer

Manufacturers of highly reliable, specialized HVAC and air purification solutions for aerospace, Department of Defense, and commercial customers around the globe since 1987.

We are searching for a reliable, innovative Production Engineer to be deeply involved with the manufacturing processes at Air Rover. You will join our growing team of professionals and be responsible for sheet metal programming and production, creating production drawings as required, troubleshooting equipment when necessary, and completing various administrative tasks. The Production Engineer will also have a shared responsibility for quality control and quality processes as well as driving continual improvement for future builds.

Duties and Responsibilities

o Communicate with design engineers and customers to understand project requirements, design specifications, and operational environments in order to evaluate cost, feasibility, and implementation of design

o Transitioning parts between 3D modeling software and CNC programming software

o Providing recommendations for improvement

o Programming CNC Punches and Press Brakes

o Creating production drawings from 3D models in SolidWorks

o Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices

o Ensure production quality processes are followed and quality standards are met

Required Skills and Qualifications

o Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering

o Experience with 3D modeling programs such as SolidWorks

o Excellent computer skills

o Excellent oral and written communication skills

o Punctual and able to meet deadlines

o Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

o Experience with HVAC design and manufacturing

o Experience with CNC Programming Software (Radan)

Digital Marketing Associate

Digital Marketing Associate, Part-Time or Independent Contractor (Form 1099)

Purpose of Position: To strengthen the company’s online presence, increase brand awareness and interest, and ultimately, accelerate the capture of qualified leads for product sales. Manage the company’s social media, make website content updates, work with Google (Reviews), Facebook, Instagram, and other online applications, etc.

Plan and execute social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email campaigns, and update website with blog articles and product information. Interview customers and write blog posts, and short “problem/solution” technical case studies for posting to our website’s Learning Center. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

· Design digital media campaigns aligned with sales goals

· Create digital content (e.g. website, blogs, case studies, press releases and podcasts)

· Manage end-to-end digital projects

· Strengthen our web presence to boost brand awareness and product interest

· Suggest and implement direct marketing initiatives

· Monitor ROI and KPIs

· Stay up-to-date with digital media developments

This position will coordinate with other members of the sales team to accomplish the following:

Social Media

· Audit current accounts to ensure brand and content consistency

· Create social media plan/strategy

· Create original content for all platforms

· Monitor platform analytics

· Monitor and respond to messages and comments


· Audit current site, work with company’s graphics designer and web developer to make short term site updates/changes

Knowledge and Skills:

· Ideal candidate will have military background, be able to speak fluent military jargon as many of our customers are currently in the military or have prior military experience

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Must be professionally proficient with all major social media platforms; managing multiple social media accounts

· Strong computer and internet skills; and have good eye for taking interesting photos

Education and Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Social Media, Digital Communications - (Required) or related field
