Technical Support
We are available to assist you with technical issues related to trouble-shooting, parts ordering, technical documentation inquiries, prices, and more. An Air Rover support representative is available to answer your call Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM Central Standard Time (CST). Tech Support can be reached by calling Air Rover at 1 (903) 877-3430, then enter "0" and the Operator will connect you with one of our technicians.
Technical Documentation
Digital copies of operation and maintenance manuals are available by request and can be shipped in hard-copy form with your unit, as requested. You will find other product literature online as well, including: product brochures, specification sheets, 3D CAD drawings, dimensional drawings, etc. Special documentation such as installation manuals and field retrofit instructions are available upon request.
Parts & Supplies
Reliability is an Air Rover hallmark. Our units are designed for years of dependable operation. As a matter of fact, we proudly point to the 25 year-old Air Rover portables still in use in our own factory today. However, when parts, filters or other supplies are needed to keep your Air Rover units in top operating condition, we are here to help.
Because our A.C. units are shipped worldwide and can be found in extremely remote, isolated places, many customers purchase the optional Spare Parts Kit (SPK) specifically for their unit. This facilitates quick and convenient part replacement and unit repair. We also sell Spare Parts Kits post-sale and expedite their shipment anywhere in the world. The list of components in the recommended Spare Parts Kit is included in your unit's Operation and Maintenance Manual. Please contact sales@airrover.com or complete the online "Contact Us" inquiry form on this website for a Spare Parts Kits quotation. Please include your Air Rover unit's Model and Serial Number.
Rework Services
Retrofit and recondition your existing Air Rover system to bring it up-to-date and ready for redeployment. Rework services are available at Air Rover's facility in Tyler, Texas or can be conducted at your location using Air Rover's complete step-by-step retrofitting instructions.
As a DoDAAD (Dept. of Defense Activity Address) with unique DoDAAC (Dept. of Defense Address Code) Air Rover is authorized to directly receive, have custody of, rework, store and ship DOD-owned assets.
Training
Air Rover HVAC systems are maintained with minimal difficulty. To ensure optimal product installation, deployment and readiness, we offer optional training courses at our Texas facility or remotely (via Webinars and video or phone conferencing).
